Courtney Briggs will be joining AFBF on Nov. 15 as Senior Director, Congressional Relations emphasizing in Water & Conservation.
Briggs is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and an alum of Villanova University where she earned a BA in Political Science. She comes to AFBF from the National Association of Home Builders where she served as the lead federal lobbyist for the housing industry on environment, transportation, climate change, and land development issues.
Prior to her time at NAHB, she worked on Capitol Hill for Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Burr.
