Lobby Congress and federal agencies and organize Farm Bureau’s grassroots lobby effort to implement national policy positions. Analyze federal policy and market trends.

Performs a broad range of duties including event and meeting arrangements, record-keeping, and report production for Division. Handles all logistics and other functions for Board of Directors and PFB Administration.

Implement the public policy and regulatory programs in accordance with the policies established by the voting delegates and as interpreted by the PFB Board of Directors. Advocate on behalf of Farm Bureau policies.


Coordinate event logistics for Foundation events, fundraisers, and other outreach activities as well as marketing those events. Assist with the development of the Foundation’s communications strategy to raise awareness of Foundation programs and mission. This is a full-time exempt, salary position.
