Customer service oriented team player to communicate effectively with members and potential members to grow the grassroots organization. This is an on-site position at the Camp Hill, PA office.
Responsibilities include completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. You must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. It is expected you will work in various types of weather, within reason, and stand on your feet for long hours. You are required to be very comfortable working with technology, to include TV, computer, tablet, virtual reality glasses, etc. This is a 1099 contractor position.
The Foundation engages students by conducting experiments showing how agriculture impacts their lives. Ag Lab Teachers educate K-8 students in a climate-controlled 40’ classroom trailer which travels to different schools in Pennsylvania each week. This is a part-time, per diem position.
Ag Lab Hauler – part time, contractor
Part-time contractor positions available. We are looking for CDL-licensed drivers (with current medical certificate) to transport Mobile Ag Labs from location to location (usually schools, other events, and the Camp Hill office). Hauling occurs on weekends from September through June. Tow vehicle provided by Friends of Agriculture Foundation.
Provides onsite accounting, analytical, and tax services to agricultural producers, agribusinesses, and small businesses. Account Supervisors are able to learn and grow clients’ businesses, providing valuable business services.
