Pennsylvania Farm Bureau urges its members to exercise caution with the usage of dyed diesel for on-road use as state guidelines are still being established.

Despite President Donald Trump’s executive order to provide temporary tax relief for highway usage of dyed diesel, it is still not legal in Pennsylvania, and this executive order does not automatically waive state fuel taxes or enforcement requirements.

Pennsylvania Farm Bureau has been in touch with several relevant state agencies to get clarification on the application of President Trump’s executive order and will share more information as it becomes available to us.
