Registration is now open for a virtual fundraiser hosted by FARMER, Pennsylvania Farm Bureau’s political action committee.
Attendees of the April 8 event will have a chance to hear from two longtime friends of Pennsylvania agriculture: Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson, who was recently selected as Republican leader of the U.S. House Agriculture Committee, and Bryan Cutler, speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will take place via the video conferencing platform Zoom, which can be accessed via your computer or mobile device.
For a minimum donation of $25, you can enjoy an exclusive evening with Congressman Thompson and Speaker Cutler as they chat about agriculture, our current political climate and effective advocacy.

FARMER, which stands for Farmers Allied for Responsive More Effective Representation, is a bipartisan political action committee that supports candidates for the Pennsylvania General Assembly who support agriculture. FARMER reviews candidate’s voting records on agricultural issues, as well as their personal philosophy. It seeks the opinion of county Farm Bureaus and individual FARMER members and contributes to candidates on a bipartisan basis. FARMER is the only PAC owned and controlled by farmers in Pennsylvania.
