Todd Bailey leads the professional staff in the day-to-day operations of PFB, PFB Members’ Service Corporation, and the Pennsylvania Friends of Agriculture Foundation. He started with PFB in 2004, and has been in the CAO role since April 2022.

Bailey provides PFB with a proven background in management, training, and volunteer coordination. He previously served as manager for PFB’s Member Relations Division. Bailey has a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University. He grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania. Bailey strongly believes in being a servant leader, which is carried through to the staff.
