HERSHEY – Pennsylvania Farm Bureau (PFB) voting delegates elected two new individuals to its State Board of Directors during its 74th Annual Meeting in Hershey on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
New to the PFB State Board of Directors are Michael Mowrer of Huntingdon County, who will represent District 10, and Anna Marie Labowski of Erie County, who will represent District 14.
“We are excited to welcome our new state board members and look forward to working with them,” PFB President Chris Hoffman said. “We would also like to thank our retiring board members for their years of hard work and dedication to move Pennsylvania Farm Bureau forward.”
District 10 State Board Director Megan Keller, of Mifflin County, and District 14 State Board Director Rob Waddell, of Crawford County, retired their positions on the board. Waddell served for seven years, representing Crawford, Erie and Warren County Farm Bureaus. Keller served for two years, representing Mifflin, Huntingdon, Juniata and Perry County Farm Bureaus.
Hundreds of farmers from across the state attended Pennsylvania Farm Bureau’s 74th Annual Meeting at the Hershey Lodge from Nov. 17-19, to set policy for the statewide organization on issues affecting farm and rural families.
