Michele McMinn

Elk County

WLC Chair Michele McMinn raises sheep, meat and laying chickens, and produce on her family farm in Elk County. She and her husband, District 13 State Board Director Ray McMinn, are the fourth generation to work the farm, which has been in the family since 1900. Fifth- and sixth-generation family members also work the farm, with the McMinns’ daughter operating a therapeutic riding organization.

McMinn has been a member of the Women’s Leadership Committee since 2015 and served as its secretary from 2017-2021.

She is a full-time shift manager at Rite-Aid, and is also very involved in the Elk County community by volunteering as secretary for the Oakmont Cemetery Association, and is a member of the Ridgway-Elk County Chamber of Commerce.

WLC Chair Michele McMinn and her husband, Ray, have two daughters and six grandchildren.
