Justin Clapper is Manager of Government Affairs & Communications for Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. He also is the Young Ag Professionals Committee Director. Before being named Manager, he served the grassroots efforts of PFB members as Regional Organization Director. Justin has been with PFB since 2017. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from Juniata College. He has over 15 years of experience in the beef industry as a cattleman.
