Justin Clapper is Manager of Government Affairs & Communications for Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. Before being named Manager, he served the grassroots efforts of PFB members as Regional Organization Director. Justin has been with PFB since 2017. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from Juniata College. He has over 15 years of experience in the beef industry as a cattleman.
