PFB’s Legal Service Plan provides professional legal services through, Mette, Evans & Woodside, a private law firm that is familiar with the special legal needs of Pennsylvania’s farm, rural, and agribusiness communities.

The plan has provided legal services to Farm Bureau members since 1976, offering experienced legal advice on all aspects of estate, succession, and business planning (such as wills, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations), estate settlement, and many other legal matters encountered by farmers.

The Legal Service Plan is a fee-based service paid for by the member using it. Any member is entitled to use the PFB Legal Service Plan.
