GROUP MEAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS


Much of the Annual Meeting activity is centered around group meals.
There are four (4) rules governing the purchase of group meal tickets. (FORM #3)

  1. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, October 26, 2018.
     
  2. Full payment must accompany the ticket order.
     
  3. The PFB Registration Desk will extend the courtesy of reselling your meal tickets, given a 24-hour notice. But, if the tickets cannot be resold, the purchaser will not be refunded any monies.
     
  4. Advance order meal tickets will be held for pickup at the PFB Registration Desk, Great American Hall Exhibit Area.


This year we are providing you with the menu in advance of the Annual Meeting. Please complete the order form and submit prior to Friday, October 26, 2018.

Monday, November 12


Women’s Luncheon – pot roast, mixed green salad, chef’s choice of potato & vegetable
Membership Dinner - pecan encrusted chicken breast, soup, baked potato & vegetable


Tuesday, November 13


PA Friends of Ag Breakfast – buffet breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes o’brien, seasonal fruit, yogurts, pastries/breads
President’s Lunch – grilled ham steak with a pineapple dijon mustard sauce, potato & vegetable
PFB Annual Banquet - sirloin steak and crab cake, caesar salad, mashed potatoes & vegetable

FARMER Breakfast – buffet breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes o’brien, seasonal fruit, yogurts, pastries/breads
