PFB is proud to announce a new member-benefit program involving law firms that specialize in legal areas commonly utilized by farmers, such as land use and zoning, Right to Farm, ACRE law, estate planning and elder care, employment law, taxes, and business and corporate structuring. Under PFB’s Legal Services Plan, PFB members are entitled to a free 30-minute initial informational consultation with participating law firms concerning a member’s area of legal need.

After the initial consultation, the law firm and member are free to decide whether to move forward with a legal relationship. Fees and rates are set solely by the law firms. PFB members should indicate their membership status when reaching out directly to the law firms. A list of participating firms and their practice areas are listed below.
