Join Us for the 2025 FARMER Fundraising Dinner!

Pennsylvania Farm Bureau’s Political Action Committee, FARMER, is excited to host our annual fundraising dinner on Monday, April 7. This year, we are honored to welcome Attorney General Dave Sunday as our keynote speaker. Recently sworn in for his first term, AG Sunday will share his perspective on the key issues facing Pennsylvania, from law enforcement to rural communities, and what his administration’s priorities mean for agriculture.

FARMER will use the funds raised from this event to support a slate of candidates seeking election to the General Assembly. Every two years, our PAC identifies candidates with a demonstrated record of supporting agriculture. We truly have friends in Harrisburg, and FARMER is a great way to thank them for their steadfast support of our industry.

What is FARMER?

FARMER is the only political action committee (PAC) led by farmers in Pennsylvania, and all contributions go to support members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly who are strong supporters of agriculture. Operated by the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau since 1981 FARMER solicits monies from interested parties to elect “friends of agriculture” to the state General Assembly.

FARMER reviews candidates’ voting records on agricultural issues, as well as their personal philosophy. It seeks the opinion of county Farm Bureaus and individual FARMER members and contributes to candidates on a bipartisan basis.

Pennsylvania campaign law does not allow FARMER to accept corporate contributions. All members receive FARMER information and have the opportunity to input the candidate selection process.

Send your contributions to the address below. Please make personal or PAC checks payable to FARMER. Corporate contributions are prohibited by law. Contributions are not tax deductible.
