JOB SUMMARY/Membership Coordinator for PFB Member Relations :

Process memberships, update membership database, and communicate effectively with members. This is a full-time, hourly position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES/Membership Coordinator for PFB Member Relations:

• Process membership.
• Accept and process member inquiries for services.
• Communicate with and assist members in finding answers to questions related to Farm Bureau programs and services.
• Promote participation in PFB membership programs.
• Solicit memberships from previous members (renewals) or prospective members via phone calls.
• Represent Farm Bureau at functions, as requested.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with staff, members, and vendors.

EDUCATION-QUALIFICATIONS-SKILLS/Membership Coordinator for PFB Member Relations:


• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communications
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and other co-workers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to sit, stand and use the telephone for long periods of time


• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Working during non-traditional office hours may at times be required (minimal)

TELECOMMUTE OPTION:  100% Camp Hill office position
